Article 1 - Object

These general sales conditions apply to all sales of credits and subscriptions made by OneTap on the OneTap AI platform. They govern the contractual relations between OneTap AI and its clients.

Article 2 - Price

The prices of our services are indicated in euros including all taxes. OneTap AI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only applicable to the client.

Article 3 - Order

Any order placed on the platform constitutes acceptance of these general sales conditions. The order is definitive only after payment confirmation. OneTap AI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there would be a dispute relative to the payment of a previous order.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment of your purchases is made by credit card through our secure payment platform. The debiting of your account takes place at the time of your order confirmation.

Article 5 - Delivery

Credits and subscriptions will be activated immediately after payment. Activation periods are indicated for information and cannot engage the responsibility of OneTap.

Article 6 - Warranty

All services benefit from the legal warranty of compliance and the warranty of hidden defects, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

Article 7 - Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the client has a 14-day withdrawal period to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons or pay any penalties. However, once the credits or subscriptions have been used, they cannot be refunded.

Article 8 - Responsibility

OneTap AI engages to provide quality services and to respond to your needs. However, OneTap AI cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
